Vanmoof Electrical Repairs

Electrical Repairs need to be booked into one of our Vanmoof Service Centres, at the moment, this is our Finsbury Park and East Dulwich Branches.

S3 / X3 Repairs:

  • We accept both general and electrical repairs. All repair costs will need to be covered by riders.
  • General, non-electrical repairs that don’t require specific VanMoof parts (e.g., punctures, brake pad changes) can be booked at any of our locations.


S5 / A5 Repairs:

  • We’re not currently accepting repairs on these models, but we plan to launch repair services for all models soon.





How does it work?

Step one : Diagnosis – If you have an electrical issue, we’ll begin with a full diagnostic check to assess the problem and determine the necessary repairs. Ahead of this, you’ll need to grant us access on the Vanmoof App.

Step two : Full Quote – Once we diagnose the issue, you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of the required repairs and costs, including any proprietary VanMoof electrical parts.

Step 3 : Repairs & Servicing – Once you’ve approved the repair, our mechanics will get straight to work. 

Step 4: Payment & Collection – Once the work is complete, we’ll notify you so you can come down to the store and collect your bike

One of our team will come & pick up your bike from your doorstep. We'll fix it, and return it to you within 72 hours. *Available in London & Sheffield only.
